Kishu Bincho charcoal differs from other charcoal in its firepower.The high amount of infrared rays allows the surface to be baked evenly and quickly, locking in the flavor inside.That's where the juicy texture comes from.Far-infrared rays pass heat through to the inside of the food, so it can be baked in a short time without losing its deliciousness.Also, the scent of charcoal is one of the delicious things.Please enjoy [Yakitori no Ami].
